Home delivery: The parcel is delivered directly to your home. The carrier will make one delivery attempt at your home address. Then the parcel will go to the nearest registered pickup location.
Parcel shop delivery: The parcel is delivered to your chosen parcel shop. Note, few countries don't have this option. See your options below or at checkout.
Express delivery: The parcel is delivered by UPS to your home address. UPS will make one delivery attempt at the home address. Then the parcel will go to the nearest registered pickup location. Note, islands may take longer in delivery time and few locations only have this option. See your options below or at checkout.
If the parcel is not collected within 8 days, it will be returned to the warehouse in the Netherlands.

Customs Information
Our prices always include VAT and duties (except for the list of countries mentioned below), and our delivery rates are fixed.
VAT is charged based on the shipping country. The VAT amount is therefore calculated by applying the VAT rates in the country of delivery. The VAT is shown on your order invoice.
Note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Malta, Jersey, Andorra, the Vatican, and Liechtenstein are exempt from VAT deduction, but the carrier may charge import duties and related fees to local authorities upon delivery.
